We will be very respectful of your property and give you full advice of the areas we will need access to. We have all of our own equipment e.g. ladders, torches and everything relevant to the treatment of the pests. We will ensure that we leave your property as we found it. We will use traps wherever possible. If pesticides are needed, they will be used in a safe and controlled manner. You will be informed of what has been used, where it has been placed and be given advice and information on the substance. Pesticides for the control of rodents are placed inside locked bait boxes which are designed solely for the access of rodents and to which your pets and the public cannot gain access.

Rodents will always be evident in the outdoors but in winter they seek the warmth of our homes. Quite often the first you will hear is scratching in the loft, or maybe you have seen droppings. Rodents in your house can be extremely hazardous to health, and unpleasant as they spread disease and uriniate everywhere they go. They can chew through electrical wires causing risk of fire, chew through plasterboard and wood causing damage to your property.

For successful treatment of rodents and moles we advice a treatment plan of four separate visits where we can monitor the effectiveness of the treatment in place. We will liaise fully with you and carry on treatment until you are satisfied with the result.
